Returns + Exchanges


If an item is not the perfect match you may return it within 2 weeks of delivery, as long as it hasn’t been used and in the original packaging, please make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them, with tag still attached. The return shipping cost will be payed by the customer. iota will issue a refund of the amount paid not including the shipping cost paid for the delivery to you. The refund will be received after the products arrive back.

Custom-made orders cannot be refunded

Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by iota, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Custom-made items may take more time to make because of the fact that they are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Similar, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.


Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color in accordance with the terms set forth in the previous section. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping costs for returning the products will be paid by the customer.

Defective products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. Please notify iota within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If iota will consider the products to be defective, a full refund including shipping costs will be made.
