Maiyet Collective, 2019

The Maiyet collective have taken the mission of sourcing pieces that are exceptional as well as beneficial to makers and the planet. For over 10 years they have been encouraging self-sufficiency for artisans and thoughtful use of resources. iota was selected to be part of the collective which includes carefully curated fashion, beauty, accessories, lifestyle, and fine jewelry brands.

Being part of the collective sets a fruitful environment for iota, allowing the brand to be better acquainted with other brands with similar missions, similar design standards and similar challenges. Each brand has multiple opportunities to share its values and its unique abilities with the maiyet’s community.

In March 2019 iota held a crochet workshop allowing the participants to get in touch with their inner artisan and feel the joy of craft and creation.
