iota X Abs Objects – Large basket

Our collaboration was born early March 2020. While trying to figure out life in the shade of Covid-19, our thoughts wandered out to picnics moments, traveling outside our homes, carrying baskets and bags filled with nice things. We created four objects inspired by the memory of roaming from one place to another. The collection includes two baskets, a vase and mirror which offer a dynamic movement, allowing intimate gestures between object and human.
We were bound to stay home and local and we took that opportunity to combine our two familiar disciplines and create a capsule collection - integrating textile craft and ceramics. All the objects in this collection are handmade in Tel Aviv by ABS Objects and iota studio.

Ceramics Care - The natural inconsistencies of the ceramic process are an important part of our aesthetic. Ceramics are fragile. Be gentle and careful with the object's extensions (handles, rings etc.). All ceramics are food safe. Please do not use a dishwasher, only gentle hand wash. Do not use or cook with our ceramics on fire. Non-glazed surfaces can get stained by natural materials such as coffee, tea and spices. Use the product you purchased only for its intended purpose.

Textile Care - The textiles used in these objects are made exclusively by iota soft living out of 100% water resistant Acrylic. The use of chemical cleaning materials may harm the product. Try to address stains before they dry with a moist cloth.
