Self-Care has become one of the trendiest concepts of our time. It’s about the sacred time we are supposed to invest in ourselves alone, and believe it or not- knitting is one of the recommended activities!
A study conducted in Britain and collected data from different studies all over the world, found that knitting has healing powers. Researchers established that people who knit suffered less from loneliness, chronic pain, bettered their cognitive skills and lowered their chances to suffer from dementia.
